Delivery: We aim to deliver all orders within the UK within 2 business days.
Shipping Cost: We provide Free Shipping for all orders within our covered zones in the United Kingdom.
We are not responsible for delays outside of our control (e.g., postal strikes or extreme weather).

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Return Period: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: brand new, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
